Return & Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Return Window

We accept returns and size exchange requests within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags intact in their original packaging.

2. Size Exchange

If the ordered size (from Size 0 to 16) does not fit your child, we provide quick doorstep exchange pickups. Please review our Size Guide before requesting a replacement.

3. Refund Processing

Upon receipt and quality inspection of returned goods at our workshop, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (or UPI / Bank transfer for COD orders) within 3 to 5 business days.

4. Wholesale Returns

Wholesale lots and bulk supply orders are subject to trade contract terms and defect replacement guarantee.
